The Lambert report focussed on an independent review of the Building Professionals Act 2005.
Engineers Australia asked Dr Jonathan Drane to include input into the historical decay of the building professional system as part of the their advocacy role for the Lambert Report.
Dr Drane’s presentation and article ‘Defects: A builder’s view and his presentation to The Griffith University Strata and Community Title in Australia conference (2015) was a requested submission for the Lambert Report.
